NURSE THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION DIALOGUE TO PATIENT COMPLAINTS

Case: A patient was treated in Delima's inpatient room after having an accident 2 days ago, at this time
the nurse was about to take care of the wound, but when he opened the bandage, the patient screamed
and cried until finally the family complained about the nurse's actions.

Morning at 07.30..

Nurse : “Good morning…” (smiles)

Family: "he is good morning .." (smiles)

Nurse: "Is it true that the ilham family "..

Nurse: " Introduce my name is Hisyam, I am a nurse on duty today to take care of your family members,
then I will check Ilham, did Ilham complain about something to Mother?

child screamed

(suddenly the head of the room entered the room)

Family: 'This was the nurse when she took action, my child suddenly screamed
