Directions: Read the situation below and answer the questions briefly. Write your answer in your LAS.

1. How will you classify Mark? Is he more of a left or right-brained student? Why?
2. Which functions do the right-handed differ from that of the left-handed students or individuals? Explain briefly.

LC: Explore ways on how to improve brain functions for personal development & Develop a personal plan to enhance
brain functions.
Directions: Create your own Mnemonic device using your name. The meaning should pertain to encouragement to study
and be success in the future. You can use arts in doing this activity. Do this in a LONG BONDPAPER.

Activity 4: Exploring Emotions


Emotions are what you feel on the inside when things happen. Emotions are also known as feelings.

2. Angry: feeling mad with a person, act, or idea
3. Ashamed: feeling bad after doing wrong
4. Confident: feeling able to do something

7. Embarrassed: feeling worried about what others may think
8. Energetic: feeling full of energy
9. Excited: feeling happy and aroused
10. Glad: feeling joy and pleasure
11. Jealous: feeling upset when someone has something that you would like to have or they get to do something you
wanted
