CLUB SERVICE MINUTES OF THE MEETING
5:30  Call of order, start of meeting proper
 Encouraging to turn on the camera
 Presentation of ppt for the participants to
understand and take note of the details
 Greetings
5:33  Reported that there are a total of 2600
rotaractors in our district
 Shown the Clubs in the District
 For the community based clubs, 97 are RI-
active of which are 63 are active in District
and Club Level while, 34 are inactive in
District and Club Level, and 2145
Rotaractors were reported to Rotary
International.
 For the university based clubs, 19 are RI
active of which are 12 are active in District
and Club Level while, 7 are inactive in
District and Club Level, and 529 Rotaractors
were reported to Rotary International.
DRR Ian de Borja  For the total of the university- and
community- based clubs, there are 116 RI-
active clubs, 75 active in District and Club
Level while, 39 are inactive in District and
Club Level, and 2674 Rotaractors were
reported to Rotary International.
5:35  Commended and presented the Top 10
Highest number clubs, for the first half of
the rotary year as of December 31, 2021,
based on rotary.org data. Rotaract Club of
Batangas Metro Pioneers has the most
member count, 74
5:37  Commended and presented the Top Clubs
withmore than 30 current members, for the
first half of the rotary year as of December
31, 2021, based on rotary.org data
 Reminded to filter what must be reported
5:38  Presented the active clubs with unsettled
District Rotaract Accreditation Fee (DRAF)
and they were requested to settle payments
immediately
539  Welcomed RAC San Pablo City’s new
president and asked for a brief greeting
5:40 CMP Christine  Greeted the attendees
5:41  Warm welcome for RAC San Pablo City’s
new president and asked everyone to serve
as a guide to her
 Proceeded with the first agenda: Pilipinas
Rotaract Convention 2022
 Details were provided and explained the
reason regarding the change of host, which
is due to the surge of COVID-19 cases and
the initial host were only able to offer 2
days and 1 night, which was rejected so the
RI District 3870 offered 3 days and 2 nights
which was approved

 Assured that will hear from DRR Ian de
Borja
 Encouraged to attend in PROCON 2022
5:45  Asked if there are attendees who are
registered already and hoped for better
days despite COVID-19 pandemic
5:46  Presented a video regarding the second
agenda which is the APRRC 2022
registration that will open soon
 Commended graphics team
 There will be 100 pesos registration fee and
ot will be virtually done
 Said that he will announce the clubs
DRR Ian de Borja assigned in hosting each activity for the
event
5:49  Begun with the third agenda which is
Elevate Rotaract Caravan to D3820.
 Stated that it will held on January 12. 2022,
7PM and it will be beneficial to all the clubs
and it will allow the successors to to be
impacted by the implementation of this
activity

marinduque, 12; Batangas & Mindoro, 32
 Encouraged everyone to join and asked for
heart reaction to those who will surely
attend
5:53  Proceeded with the fourth agenda, Now
You Vote Session 3, that will be held on
January 19, 2022, and will be hostef by RAC
Ateneo de Naga University
 Assured that factual data will be provided
for sure and the asked for support to the
webinar
 Addressed the question in the Chat which
is made by Rtr Pia Izella. Answered that the
school representatives are welcome to
attend the Elevate Rotaract Caravan
5:55  Proceeded with the fifth agenda, Gear
Awards 2022, that will be held on January
15, 2022,
 Stated that the qualifications can be found
online
 Presented the Exemplary Clubs in
supportiong RI and MDIO Strategic
Priorities alomg with its guidelines and,
indicators and pointing system
 Introduced the Tier System which are
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum
 Presented the Outstanding Projects in
Execution Excellence and the Impact to
Communities along with the categories,
criteria for eligibility the guidelines for

entry submission, and the selection process,
 Encouraged to submit entries
6:03  Asked if there are questions
6:04  Proceeded with the sixth agenda,DRR’s
Challenge
 Presented the challenges and star points
6:06  Proceeded with the seventh agenda,
Rotaract Outstanding Project Awards that is
due on February 1, 2022
 Emphasized that this is among all the
rotaract clubs in the world and stated its
DRR Ian de Borja purpose, and also the selection process
 Also stated that the cash proze 1000 dollars
is new because this hasn’t happened before
and said that it will be equivalent to around
50000 pesos
 Encourage everyone to submit and said that
they are welcome for writing consultations,
and to comment on the write ups
6:14  Proceeded with the eighth agenda, RDC 1st
Half Review and Reflection Form
 Explained that this is for concerns need to
be raised or if want to commend. Rest
assured that the responses will be
anonymous, only Area will be asked.
6:16  Proceeded with the ninth agenda, Other
Matters which include the presentation of
clubs with pending virtual visits and
advised that this must be finished around
February so it must be scheduled as soon as
possible
 Reminded to deposit the TRF donations to
Rotary international before the week ends
and to proceed with activities with caution,
encourage for it to be virtual
6:23  Asked for questions, asked who the
representatives are and asked them to like,
asked the presidents to type 1 in the chat
box
6:24  Reminded everyone regarding the twin
club agreement and friendship clubs
IPP Adrian D. Sto. Domingo agreement, and advised all those concerned
to renew early since the following days
would be hectic
6:27  Reiterated the reminder said by IPP Adrian
Sto. Domingo and encouraged everybody to
do so and take consideration to all matters
including each other’s busy schedules
 Asked if there are any concerns, questions,
and clarification
6:30  Raised the topic regarding interest groups
including prychology majors, teachers,
coffee lover, LGBTQ+, etc.
 Explained that these groups or divisions

 Encouraged everyone to pass write-ups and
explained how it could benefit the club
more
