In every organization where each employee belong, needs an evaluation with regards to its
performance contributed to their respective offices. DENR-PENRO Davao del sur held and
initiated the ranking of its three CENR Offices. That was presented during the 4 th provincial
management conference held in PENRO Conference Room on December 9, 2021.
Every workforce needs to recognized in exerting their efforts and potentials in accomplishing
the physical and financial target stipulated in our annual work and financial plan. Rendering
their extra miles and initiatives contributed a lot in this office.
Identified criteria formulated by this office, to take the direction well, get the right
performance rating of each office. Deliver appreciation and recognition for achievements
and, where things haven’t gone according to plan.
Ranking will showcase the office performance go beyond the target description and exhibit
creative thinking and leadership potentials. To discover the top performer, who are then
rewarded with the first, second and third rank. The CENRO Malalag got the first rank,
followed by CENRO Digos as the second rank and CENRO Davao City with the place of
third rank.

approval of proposed Work and Financial Plan for CY 2021 of DENR XI- Protected Area
Management Office (PAMO)” amounting to Three Million Five Hundred Seventy Six
Thousand (3,576,000) Pesos for signature of the Regional Executive Director.

On April 28, 2022 this office was conducted collaboration and coordination meeting
with the Indigenous peoples and other stakeholders in Mt. Apo Natural Park for the
implementation of various MANP plans and Programs. This activity was held in order to
harmonized the plans for the smooth implementation of MANP programs that the rights and
concerns of the IPs will be recognized especially harmonizing the compliance of Free Prior
and Informed Consent (FPIC) as part of Socio Cultural Mapping activity for current year
2022.
