SCRUM Report of Airex Enterprise:


As we know that Scrum is an agile framework or software development approach within
which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively
delivering products of the highest possible value. In this report, we will revamp our final
year project and will apply all the steps of scrum model and implement it accordingly.

Requirements of Airex Enterprise:


“Airex Enterprises” is a website for the commercial business to improve their stock
keeping and supplier information system, in short, the website will provide you to the
manage the data of the organization “Airex” because we know that, in today’s world,
there are so many big businesses on going and spreading each and every day. Our
website will work under such a business to automate their management system as well
as helps the business to display their services and products to their potential customers.
The primary focus of the “Airex Enterprises” is to provide services and products in
pharmaceuticals, Nutraceutical / Herbal & Food industries.
Applying SCRUM Model on Airex Enterprise:
I. Product Backlog: A product backlog is a prioritized list of work for the development
team that is derived from the roadmap and its requirements.

II. Sprint Planning: In first meeting, our scrum team members understood the
product backlog and we have select to accomplish these tasks that are given
below:
 Admin Registration Form & Login Form
 Design Airex Home page
 Airex FAQ’S
 Airex About US page
III. Sprint Time Box: A sprint is a short, time-boxed period when a scrum team
works to complete a set amount of work.
We have decided 3-week time to fulfill the above requirements. Therefore, the
sprint time box is 3 weeks.

IV. Sprint Backlog: As we know that, the sprint backlog is a list of tasks identified
by the Scrum team that has mentioned in sprint planning. During the sprint
planning meeting, scrum team selects some number of product backlog items
that are given below:
 Admin Registration Form & Login Form
 Design Airex Home page
 Airex FAQ’S
 Airex About US page
Scrum master have check these deliverables throughout the given time box (3 weeks)
and check their progress at regular basis. In this stage, we had a daily 15 minutes
scrum meeting by the scrum master in that period of time, which we discussed about
progress factors like what was the previous progress and what will be the next one.
V. Agile Sprint Retrospectives Meeting:
The sprint retrospective is a recurring meeting held at the end of a sprint used to
discuss what went well during the previous sprint cycle and what can be
improved for the next sprint.

We have accomplish these task in sprint 1

After getting feedback from client, scrum master held a meeting with scrum team
members in which we have seen positive and negative points throughout the
sprint and have make some strategies to overcome the next sprint. We will
communicate with the stakeholder to understand the requirements deeply and
will attend the sprint meeting on daily basis with results.

(Phase II) Next phase in scrum methodology

I. Sprint Planning: In our second meeting, our scrum team members understood
the product backlog and here are the list of the tasks that we decided to
accomplish in this phase:
 Design Airex Products
 Design Airex Services
 Airex Contact US

II. Sprint Time Box:


We have decided 2-week time to fulfill the above requirements. Therefore, the
sprint time box is 2 weeks because these requirements are less complicated
than the 1st sprint.

III. Sprint Backlog: During the sprint planning meeting, scrum team selects some
number of product backlog items that are given below:

 Design Airex Services
 Airex Contact US
Scrum master have check these deliverables throughout the given time box (2 weeks)
and keep an eye on the progress of these deliverables. In this stage, we had a daily 10
minutes scrum meeting by the scrum master in that period of time, which we discussed
about progress factors like what was the previous progress and what will be the next
one.

In this we will discuss what went well for the previous sprint and what is not went
well and how it can be improved in next sprint.

minutes scrum meeting by the scrum master in that period of time, which we discussed

one.

Sprint Result:
At the end of the sprint we got a potentially shippable product increments after getting
these deliverables we will test them. So, scrum team will reviews these deliverable and
match them with requirements and if it is pass then we will move to the next one on the
other hand we will remake them according to the requirements and that process will
continue to happen until we pass.
We got final feedback from the scrum master that is pass therefore, we can move to the
next tasks and after doing all of this we have successfully developed the required
product as per the requirements and all the sprints requirements have been achieved
successfully.
