- pagmamano po is part of our culture in being a Filipino. It means respect and
courteous. Most of us as child do this and are all reminded that we need to respect
the people older than us especially the elderly people.

- yes I am proud being a Filipino because Filipino are strong and resilient. In times of trouble
and challenges. Filipino manage to come out strong and faithful. Filipino are fighters
because they never give up on a fight and f ever they do. they always make a good fight.

2. Imagine that you were of a different nationality. What would you change in you aside
from your citizenship and origin?
• culture - Because every nation have their own culture

Answer: my negative Traits as a Filipino we have is our culture shyness. As a
conservative country we were told to act accordingly to avoid bringing shame to the
family. This resulted in a generation that don't no demand what they want because they
are afraid of being judged. Filipinos are to shy to ask questions that they end up learning

ACTIVITY 1: 350-word Reflection paper. " Social media Dangers Documentary-childhood 2,0"

When our generation long time ago, when we are a kids we enjoy our life outside of our
house, we play, we enjoy that time we don't care if we hurt physical. Atleas we can enjoyed
together with our friends, many kids are we meet then we friends also, unlike now generations
so many different, now many people are still in their house because of the technology.

Due the technology many people are addicted, like online games, YouTube Facebook, Twitter,
and others. Social media if give people a self-expression it can give information and because of
the internet people are able to connect and engage with their culture, celebrities, movies
brands in ways never before possible and technology is here to stay and exchanging all of our
life specially those of our kids.

Todays kids spending their more time in digital, now kids consume media, their posted any kind
of post like profile and other and because of online post ts have many people are bullied
because of their post. many comments are bad and makes them feel bad or hurt. and because
of social media their posted like obscene post that dirty to see of other people like porn, or any
viral bad videos. and it's possible other kids now are using pornography are their sex. and now
many kids are take suicide because of the social media because they are strees or suicide as
always a result of many factors.

I do think we have to be careful in the conversation with social media or technology and mental
health. But. I do think that phones or social media have caused us to have worse mental health
But I also think that over parenting plays a massive role in anxiety with student. Kids will then
under function. we also have poor diets, worse sleep, lack of exercise, and other changes in
society. We need to address all of there things.

Because of technology it's have many teens that Rising in their life, because of the vlog, TikTok, and
others, if you post that it's possible that you have many followers, and likers, and many teens are going
to comment of your post. and it possible you can earn money But it depends of your followers or likers.
Like zenaib Harake and Donalyn Bartolome they are popular person now we know them as their vloger.
they got many likers and followers. and kids today you are what you like.

Because of technology and internet you can share what you want, you can post what you want,
you can see, you watch the video as long as you want. Make you feel free, it possible that make
you feel enjoy, strees and any factors that you feel. When you post of any kind of pictures or
vedios.

Teens are more anxious and have lower self-esteem because of social media and texting there
are key differences to socializing online. Teens miss out more on things like body language and
facial expressions this can lead to more misunderstanding and hurt feelings. It can also make
talking in person feel more intimidating. In real life you can't spend time sure you look exactly
the way you want to look.

Parents can help by setting a good example of how to use tech. Try to give kids your full
attention when your are with them. To build self-esteem, get kids involved in something

Given thorough integration of social media into the lives of the majority of Americans teens , it is no
suprise that these sites play an important role in the establishment of friendships and the everyday back
and forth of peer relationship. This chapter takes an in-depth look at the role of social media in teens
friendships, at teen friendship more broadly defined.

One of the most obvious negative aspect of social networking is losing face to face contact with other
