Perceptionsof Teachersonthe Different Strainsof Online Modalityof Learning

This study examined teachers' perceptions of different online learning modalities as schools in the Philippines adopt new approaches in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The researchers administered a questionnaire to teachers to understand their comfort level with technology, as well as their views on potential challenges of online learning. The results showed that teachers were somewhat confident and comfortable with technology integration, but that their age, years of teaching experience, and digital skills did not influence their perceptions of online learning strains. The researchers concluded that schools and the Department of Education should provide teachers support to address the challenges of adopting online modalities, to ensure the success of education during the pandemic.
