Towers should not be over 9.6m high.
Working platforms should be fully boarded
and at least 600mm wide.
Access points such as trapdoors should be
kept shut while workers are on the working
platform.
Guard-rails and toe-boards should be fitted
where workers can fall more than two
metres.
Safe means of access to the working
platform should be provided by a ladder
fixed to the inside of the tower on its
narrowest side.
