2. Drawing including load schedule to be update and submit in as built for consultant approval.
3. Refer to the comments of permanent earthing on CITR ref TRA-SPE-CIR-EL-L00-00695 and 00696 to be complied by
SPECON.
4. Latest and Approved Panel Diagram and Load Schedule to be placed inside the Panel.
5. Permanent identification labels to all cables and panel to be provided / completed.
6. Attached Test report for SAT and COLD Testing were validated and found satisfactory results.

- Cable Testing of the remaining circuits

Summary:

SMDB Panel Functional and Partial Cable Live Testing of 10 out of 19 for SMDB-H1-B101 has been verified on site and found
Acceptable to CML with comments mentioned above.

35 Sqmm. Contractor to provide the approved document to confirm the same

- DB-H1-B101-02 : 25 Sqmm Cable size shown as per approved load schedule, but actual installation at site is
35 Sqmm. Contractor to provide the approved document to confirm the same

- USF-B1-17 : 25 Sqmm Cable size shown as per approved load schedule, but actual installation at site is 35
Sqmm. Contractor to provide the approved document to confirm the same

- Unused opening in Cable gland plate to be closed with approved material to maintain IP rating of the panel

- Cable Size, type and number of cores inspected as per attached highlighted documents and found ok.

- Cable bending radius is subject to DEWA inspection approval.

- Incoming and Outgoing cables installed outside from the cable tray at some panel entry location. Rectify

- Replace the GI Bolt nut With Brass material used for Bonding conductor installation.

- Provide Identification ferrules for Neutral, Earth and Phase cores inside SMDB panel.

- Provide Engraved identification tag for incoming and outgoing cables.

- Most of the areas cable dressing not completed in cable tray, Small size cable used for cable dressing to be
replaced with appropriate cable tie.

- Approved Load schedule, Manufacturer drawings to be kept inside the Panel considering future maintenance.

- Cables which are not part of the early access area to be removed from MCBs and separated properly in safe
manner.

- Provide approved document to confirm the Control panel location installed on the car parking slots and inside
Mechanical Rooms.

- Provide approved Containment installation WIR.

- Power shop drawing / Red line drawing to be attached as per actual containment route and location.

- Provide and Typical installation detail shop drawing

Contractor should resubmit the WIR after complying the above comments for final approval.

Summary:

Cable cold testing (Continuity and Insulation test) for outgoing cables of MDB-H-21 to SMDB-H1-B101 has
been verified and found acceptable to CML with comments mentioned above. Original Test Report will be sign
off by CML upon completion of cable testing on all circuits.
