Function
On amplifier cards for valves without electrical feedback the valve The VT 13477 permits a maximum error of 10 %.The delay time
command value is compared with the solenoid current ; on amplifier applicable for the error signal is geared to the amplifiers in the rele-
cards for valves with electrical feedback the command value for the vant valve group. The error signal can either be reset via an external
valve is compared with its actual value. Where there is an inadmissibly 24V signal (200 ms) or internally by means of a switch on the front

monitoring system opens. A safety function may be triggered by the
open relay e.g. 'Switch off supply voltage' on proportional valves or
'Switch off torque motor coils' on servo valves.
In the cause of fault the power supply to the proportional amplifier is switched off!

Projecting / maintenance notes / additional information
– Ensure that the card is not connected to a voltage supply before plugging it in or unplugging it.
– Measurements should only be conducted with instruments conforming to Ri > 100 kW.
– Do not connect measured zero (M0) to 0V operating voltage.
– Do not route signals which are to be screened through a common cable.
– Apply command and actual value lines to the control side.
– Do not lay supply and discharge signal lines in the vicinity of power lines.
– Warning : The posistor on the plate may reach a temperature of 70 °C.
Note: Electrical signals (e.g. actual value ) routed via an electronic control or monitoring system may not be used
for switching off machine safety functions.
