Guidelines to Use

Autoproctor

Schlumberger-Private
You will need
• Google account
• Laptop with camera and mic on
• Clear background
• Quiet environment
• Take the Demo Test before the day to ensure your environment is compatible
with Autoproctor

Demo Test
• Mandatory to be taken at least 24 hours before the day.

Schlumberger-Private
• If you have more than 1 Google account, please sign out from other
accounts that are not used before you click on the Demo Test.
• Use normal browser window, not incognito window.
• If you have dual monitor, please remove one of them.
• It will show you below screen.

• Wait for the system preparation.

Schlumberger-Private
• Click on the Entire Screen and the screen. Click share.

Schlumberger-Private
• The Test will come out. Read and answer every question. Follow every
instructions given.
• Never click ‘Stop sharing’ otherwise you will failed the test.

• Once finished, click on the purple ‘Submit’ button.
• Pay attention on the timer on the top right side and comments on the top
left side.

• Click on the green ‘Click After Submitting Test’ on the top side. Fail to do
so means your score will not be recorded.

• Confirmation after click on the green ‘Click After Submitting Test’ on the
top side. Fail to do so means your score will not be recorded.

• Demo Test Completed. You can review the Report to ensure your
environment is good for the recruitment session.

Important Notes
• Please do review the demo report as Autoproctor will be recording your activities during the
test:
▪ Face detection
▪ Noise detection
▪ Tab/window movement
▪ Background situation
• During the real test, DO NOT CLICK on the link before the start time
• The test is NOT AUTO CLOSED, please pay attention to the timer
• Use only one screen (if you have dual monitor, please remove one of them)
• Please close other tabs and software in order to work smoothly
• Failed to satisfy those situation may result to invalid test result
