Notes:
1. Those with administration case/s on present rank (case dismissed, reprimand, suspension,
demotion, dismissal from the police service) kindly attached authenticated copy of decision.

2. Those who are serving suspension with 31 days and above from January 1, 2022 to June 30,
2022 are ineligible to file for promotion to the next higher ranks.

3. Those demoted personnel who will file for promotion to the next higher ranks, kindly attached
the following requirements for Notice of Base Pay Adjustment (NOBPA):
