the learner’s reference material. Write your answers inside the pyramid below.
Processing Question: In what level of the pyramid does most of your physical
activities fall? Is it healthy or not? Why?
• Limit is the pyramid level where most of my physical activities fall because
they do not need much movement and hence are unhealthy.

1. Which among the activities is considered as:
a. Light Activity: Walking around for 5 minutes
Why? Because it requires least amount of effort. This activity requires less
oxygen consumption.
b. Moderate Activity: Jogging for 4 minutes
Why? This activity requires a greater amount of oxygen intake than
light activities.
c. Vigorous Activity: 3-minute jumping rope or jumping jacks
Why? Since it requires the most oxygen usage to finish the activity
