Subject: Request Letter for Leave of Absence

Dear Dr. Amurao,

This letter is a formal way of requesting for my leave of absence from March 22, 2021 –
March 26, 2021 due to Preparation of my Wedding. I will be returning to the office on
March 29, 2021. I also assure you that I will take care of all the responsibilities I have
toward my work. I will complete all the pending tasks and I will also assure that the work
is duly checked and every day and I will keep in touch to the queries of my students. I
will also inform you about the updates and necessary information that the team would
require in my absence
