I. Introduction
Accomplishments
The table above shows the enrolment for school year 2021-2022. It is
noted that Grade 10 has the highest number of enrolment followed by Grade
9. The school projects to increase the enrolment for SY 2022-2023 by at
least 2%.

The table shows that the activities and efforts of Project LEARN in the
new normal (literacy) result to significant decrease in the number of
struggling readers. It is recommended that Project LEARN shall be sustained
in the next school year focusing more on word recognition, word drills, and
short stories.

The table shows that the faculty and staff of SNHS are 100%
vaccinated. Only 12 or 27% of faculty and staff has booster shot.
2. Learning Facilities
Salvacion National High School has ensured the readiness by
undertaking the following activities to improve the learning facilities for a
safe learning environment:
Wash areas are situated at conspicuous areas including near the
main entrance
Alcohol and hand sanitizer dispensers are provided at every classroom
Foot baths, markers, and signages are installed at select locations
inside the campus
Upon entry, Health Declaration Forms shall be accomplished by
everyone including learners, school staff, and visitors.
Emergency kits are provided in every classroom
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be worn by personnel
(school nurse and watchmen) assigned at the entrance
Regular disinfection of classrooms shall be done after class
3. Contingency Plan
The health emergency crisis brought about by the pandemic, COVID-
19 mandates consistent and close coordination with relevant local
government units and civil society bodies. Existing DepEd linkages with the
following primary entities shall be strengthened.
• The school head must clearly identify the role of each teaching and
non- teaching personnel and provide necessary training for their
actions. Engage the parent/guardian on the home-school
arrangement, including the designated time of pick-up of their
children, if a need arises. The parents and school personnel should
prepare needed resources (e.g. alcohol, facemask, etc.) to prevent the
transmission of COVID-19 inside and outside the school.
