5 – Statements are comprehensive and easy to understand


4 - Statements are relevant and justifiable
3 - Statements are considerably correct
2 - Statements are slightly correct but somehow irrelevant
1 - Statements are vague

Grade Equivalent

5 - 95-100%

4 - 94 -90%

3 - 89 -85%

2 - 84 -80%

1 - 79-75%

Example of Computation

15 / 4 = 3 the grade equivalent ranging from 85% to 89%

The Faculty concerned will have to assess the presentation and the writing techniques.
Given the above sample computation, the student may get a score of 85 or 86 or 87 or
88 or 89%.

Take note: there are no failing grades. If you notice, the lowest grade is 1 which is
equivalent to and ranging from 75% -79%. Your effort of complying with the requirement will
be compensated.
