Read the following article carefully:

In Biology labs, biological materials like cells, cell organelles and biological molecules
are separated by a method called a centrifugation.

In centrifugation, first the material is prepared for the process. Preparation means the
material is subjected to vibration-forces strong enough to break the material in required
components. For example, if we need to separate various cell organelles, we first subject
the cell to vibrations strong enough to break the cell membrane but not so strong that
might break the cell organelles. Such slurry like mixture obtained after vibrations is
known as Homogenate.

The homogenate is then poured in a test-tube and put into a centrifuge. A centrifuge is
an apparatus, which rotates test-tubes at a high speed horizontally.

Things, which are heavier, experience maximum centrifugal force and are pushed
farthest from the centre in the test-tube. Things, which are lighter, do not experience so
much of centrifugal force and are not pushed so far.
This creates many layers of suspended materials in the test-tube: heaviest at the bottom,
lightest at the top and others in between in the decreasing order of their weight from
bottom to top of the test-tube.

Answer the following questions based on the information given in the above article.
