• Approximately 150 Blue, 100 Red, and 150 Blacks are sent back down to be repaired for minor
errors such as poor stitching, damaged mesh, malfunctioned zipper line

Overall Result

• Products are all the same; there are no visual differences


• No poor printing, damaged on the hand-tag, carton box or poly bag
• All tag marks are of the same position
• Zippers function smoothly
• All fabric parts & stitches are installed firmly; very difficult to come off
• The surface of all the bags have no apparent defect (For instance: Poor material, Broken, 

Crease mark, Color deviation, Glue mark, Excess glue, Oil mark, Dirty mark, Poor die-cut, Scratch
mark, Surface bubbles, Press mark, Lack of glue, Rope fall off, Paint fall off on, Poor gluing etc.)
