1. A basic backdrop of the sea from one piece. I like this as it is simple
and sticks to the theme of the sea and the connotations of blue.
Also you can tell the difference from the sea and sky/clouds.

Create a mood board of AT LEAST 3

backgrounds which you like by doing the
following:
 Screen grab each one. 2. This is the house in the park from regular show. I like it because it
 Say what they are from. seems very detailed but the more you look at it you can tell that it
 Say why you like them. doesn’t seem fully coloured in and has that rough style of drawing
in it.

3. This is a basic sky background from Adventure time. The colours in

the forest are all green and darker towards the bottom when it is
closer to the camera. It has that sharp style of drawing but also
implements shadows well and shows of different colours on the
tree.
Create a mood board of AT LEAST 3 characters
which you like by doing the following:
 Screen grab each one.
 Say what they are from.
 Say why you like them.

1. This is the character Donquixote Doflamingo from the anime One

Piece. The reason I can take inspiration from this character is that
his colours are all vibrant and pink and that his clothing is flashy.
But him as a character is that he is a bad pirate in the show, and he
is deadly. His face is a complete opposite from his clothing which I
enjoy well. It gives off a snarky evil vibe while his clothes are all
vibrant and pink.

2. This is Leon S. Kennedy from the video game franchise Resident

Evil. This version of him is from the Game Resident Evil 4. The
reason I love his character version so much is that it gives off this
edgy and scary side of him but also him as a person is a nice
protective hero. He is also only a police officer but manages to do
all of this stuff in the game.

3. This is Crash Bandicoot from the franchise Crash Bandicoot. The

reason as to why I picked him for my 3rd choice is because he is a
classic game character who is just simple enough to be easily
recognised well. The big shoes and the vibrant clothing with an
animal as the main character is iconic and just well known. Some
of the biggest known game characters are all vibrant not human
alike at all. For example Mario or Spyro.

1. I picked some sort of pink as my first colour as this is from the

character Donquixote Doflamingo from the show One Piece. I like
this colour as it is a pastille colour so its calming but also vibrant.

at the same time it slightly comforting and homely. It has some

sort of brown to it aswell.
 Say what they are from.
 Say why you like them.

3. This is a shade of orange from Crash bandicoot. I used this colour

as it its very warming but at the same time it gives me the
connotations of crazy and lively. This is why crash bandicoot is
known as a crazy and lively character who tends to be crazy and all
over the place.
1. The glowing effect on all of the
lights. This is from an ambient loop. I like this because it makes it look more
vibrant

Create a mood board of AT LEAST 3 effects

which you like. Show them by doing the
following:
 Screen grab each one.
 Say what they are from. 2. The rain over the dark forest
 Say why you like them. makes it seem more miserable. It seems to be added on over but its well-
blended in. Link

3. The leaves effect on this video.

There are leaves added on over this piece. It does stand out quite badly. I
like them aswell because they add that extra layer of life into the video and
make it seem as it’s a current moving enviroment
