General Partnership Agreement

[PARTNER #1 NAME], residing at the address [PARTNER #1 ADDRESS], and [PARTNER #2 NAME],
residing at the address [PARTNER #2 ADDRESS], referred to as “The Partners”, agree to the following terms
and conditions:

The Partners agree to establish themselves as equal partners of the business of [BAKERY AND CAFE]. The
Partners agree that the business shall be hereinafter named [________________________]. The business is
located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS] in the State of [STATE NAME].

The Partners agree to pay
