KetoSmart Menu

Based on average 1250 calories per day. Same menu repeated every 15 days.

Breakfast:

1. 2x eggs omelette, scrambled, fried boiled in rotation

Lunch:

1. Raw Vegetable salad with fat based dressing

Dinner:

Day 1. Chicken steak with onion and mushroom sauce

Day 2. Beef mince with capsicum with raw cabbage on the side

Day 3. Chicken korma with bread slice

Day 4. Kofta palak with cauliflower rice

Day 5. Cream of chicken soup with bread slice

Day 6. Beef chilli with zoodles

Day 7. Chicken karahi with flaxseed almond roti

Day 8. Beef dum kababs with stir fried cauliflower

Day 9. Club sandwich with chicken bbq chunks on the side

Day 10. Qeema karelay with iceberg

Day 11. Kaddu gosht with flaxseed almond roti

Day 12. Chicken wings with cole slaw

Day 13. Beef buger

Day 14. Chicken steak with steamed zucchini

Day 15. Keto lasagne with beef mince

Additional:

1. Fat for BPC or Fat bomb (your choice) daily


2. Bone broth twice a week
3. Dessert or smoothie once a week
