FEBRUARY 03,2022

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The workshop started at exactlty 8:30 in the morning. The topic was all about Teaching
Numbers( Writing lesson plans with numeracy integration discussed by Mrs.Ellen Grace
Gallardo. The highlight of the session was the participants were grouped according to their
subject area to make a lesson plan and highlights the numeracy integration in it.
Science Group: Joseph Bicua, Genelyn Romias and Lera Ravalo
English Group: Analyn Calcaben,Irine Abalo,Airen Lupango and Reah Buenaobra
T.L.E Group: Helen Asada, Renalie Ruda and Dante Refil
Each group were given a time to prepare then they presented their outputs in front.
The session ended on February 3, 2022, 11:30 in the morning.
FEBRUARY 04,2022

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The workshop started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. The topic was all about Designing
Learning opportunities that address diversity of learners( A master’s thesis presentation)
discussed by Mr. Joel Lupango.The highlights of the workshop were the speaker presented first
the division memo on Division Policy of the conduct and Adoption of Innovations. He also gave
the sample of his innovative project .The participants used that as a guide in planning their own
innovations. Participants were group randomly.
Group 1: Renalie Agana, Irine Abalo, Airen Lupango, Joseph Bicua and Ellen Grace Gallardo
Group 2:Marco Pacifico, Reah Buenaobra, Analyn Calcaben , Helen Asada , Genelyn Romias and
Dante Refil.
Group 3:Ian Mark Dumaguin,Janine Delacruz, Orvhel Francisco, Leandro Francisco and Lera
Ravalo.
Each group were given a time to prepare then they presented their outputs in front. The
speaker gave his comments afterwards.

The session ended on February 4,2022, 4:00 in the afternoon.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The session started at exactly 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The topic was all about
Designing learning opportunities that address diversity of Learners(Recent studies
on stress and depression in schools in the Philippines) discussed by Ma’am Irine
Abalo .The highlight of the session was,the speaker said that we as classroom
teacher needs to find a strategies to address diversity of the learners inside the
classroom.
The session ended on February 4, 2022 ,5:00 in the afternoon.
