Tools (peralatan) :
1. Frying pan (wajan)
2. Stove (kompor)
3. Spoon (sendok)
4. Spatula (spatula)
5. Plate (piring)
Steps :
1. Prepare a frying pan and pour the cooking oil according to your taste.
(Siapkan wajan dan tuangkan minyak goreng secukupnya).
2. Slice the chili, garlic and onion into small pieces. (Iris cabai , bawang putih,
bawang merah menjadi kecil-kecil).
3. Heat the frying pan by using a medium flame. (Panaskan wajan dengan api
sedang).
4. After the cooking oil is hot, put the sliced chili, garlic, and onion into the pan.
(Kalau minyak sudah panas, masukkan irisan cabai, bawang merah dan
bawang putih ke wajan).
5. Stir all the materials until ripe and fragnant. (Adung semua bahan-bahan
sampai matang dan harum).
6. Serve on a plate. (Sajikan di piring).
Steps :
1. Slice the potatoes into long slices (iris kentang menjadi irisan memanjang).
2. Boil potatoes until cooked, remove, drain and soak in the ice water for 2-3
minutes (rebus kentang sampai matang, angkat, tiriskan dan rendam di air 2
sampai 3 menit).
3. Drain the potatoes that have been soaked in ice water wait a while. (tiriskan
kentang yang sudah di rendam air es, tunggu beberapa saat).
4. Fry for a while on medium heat dont let it get too dry, remove and drain
(goreng sejenak di api sedang, jangan sampai kering. Angkat dan tiriskan)
5. Serve on a plate, then srinkle some salt and eat with tomato/chili sauce
(sajikan di piring, taburkan garam dan makan bersama saus tomat/cabai)
