Cold Calling Script

This document contains a script for cold calling homeowners to inquire about purchasing their properties. The script includes introductory questions to determine if the homeowner is interested in selling. If so, it provides a list of detailed questions to learn about the property's features, condition, and the homeowner's reason for selling. The script aims to collect enough information to make an initial purchase offer or schedule a follow up meeting to view the property. It also asks if the homeowner knows of other people who may want to sell, and thanks them for their time at the end of the call.
