Documentation on Disaster Management

INTRODUCTION (Cebu Pacific)


J: A pleasant morning to everyone welcome aboard Cebu Pacific. This is flight 5j564 we are all bound
for our Symposium. Only guest of this flight should be on board. May we request all guests to please
stowed your hand luggage properly under the seat, Infront of you or at your sides. In addition,
please do not leave your baggage unattended. Should you need our assistance please do not hesitate
to call any of your cabin crew. Guests seated can review the program flow. If you feel you are unable
to carry out the instructions during emergency or concern about injuries please notify your cabin
crew. May we all request that you stowed all your bags as exit rows must be free from articles at all
times. Magandang umaga po sa inyong lahat, ito po ang Cebu Pacific lipad bilang 5j564 patungong
Pagpupulong. Para sa aming panauhin mangyaring ilagay ng maayos ang inyong kagamitan sa ilalim
ng upuan, sa harapan ninyo o sa gilid. Sa mga panauhing nakaupo pwede ninyong basahin ang daloy
ng programa. Kung sa inyong palagay ay hindi ninyo magagampanan ang mga panuntunan ng exit
rows ipagbigay alam sa inyong Cabin Crews sa mga sandaling ito.
J: To our ever-dynamic Dean of the College of Nursing, Dean Socorro Salvacion Gasco. To our ever-
active Assistant Dean and Level 4 Academic Coordinator, Mr. Andre Carlo De Veyra. To our very
supportive Level 4 Clinical Coordinator, Mrs. Evelyn U. Rances. To our ever-vital clinical instructors,
guest speaker/s, and Level 4 Batch Ruby. A Magnanimous Morning to each and everyone. Welcome
to Cebu Pacific.
J: I am Joshua Corsiga… Your flight purser of this event. Welcoming you to our Symposium regarding
the Documentation on Disaster Management on this day Thursday, July 21, 2022...

OPENING PRAYER
J: Without further ado, to officially begin our program may we call on Ms. Nicole Evan Bello for the
opening prayer.
J: Thank you Miss Bello for that very enlightening prayer.

OPENING REMARKS
J: To formally open our symposium may we call on Ms. Romwella May Algo, our Section A Class
President for her opening remarks.
J: Thank you for that very sincere and encouraging message Ms. Algo.

INTRODUCTION OF SPEAKER
J: To further move on with our event proper, this task of introducing our guest of honor and speaker
is a great privilege. We are so fortunate that she managed to find time to see us today despite the
distance and her busy schedule.
 Our Guest Speaker is an Administrative Officer of City Planning and Development Office.
 She is also a former Team Leader of Tacloban City Rescue Unit.
 She is also taking up Masters in Public Resource Management.
 A Trainer & Assessor of Barangay Health Service and Emergency Medical Services of TESDA.
 An Accredited Cadre/Trainer of Disaster Management and Incident Command System of Office
of Civil Défense.
I welcome you, MRS. LUTGARDA B. RAAGAS to share her knowledge and insights. Around of
Applause Please.

FIRST SPEAKER
J: Thank you for that very informative and mind enriching discussion MRS. LUTGARDA B. RAAGAS.
We hope that many of us have learned something today and hopefully one day we get to utilise a
handful of the information shared to us.

OPEN FORUM
J: We will now proceed to our Open Forum. Questions will be now entertained.

Vice-President for her Closing Remarks.

BREAK AND SNACKS


E: To keep us going, and to help us with that extra dose of energy that we need to actively learn and
participate. We will have a short break for the snacks which will be distributed.

CLOSING PRAYER
J: To offer the Lord with an enlightening prayer, may we call on Ms. Mary Dale Omanea Almodal for
the closing prayer.

ENDING
J: Ladies and Gentlemen we have just ended our symposium. Cebu Pacific Air welcomes you to a
successful event. On behalf of your flight crew headed by Captain President Romwella May Algo with
First officer Vice-President Layle Laura Abaigar and the rest of the team, we thank you for choosing
Cebu Pacific your airline of choice. Katatapos lamang po natin ng ating pagpupulong, maligayang bati
galing sa amin sa Cebu Pacific Air. Sa ngalan po na bumubuo ng lipad na ito na pinangungunahan ni
Kapitan Presidente Romwella May Algo sa tulong ng Unang Opisyal Bise-Presidente Layle Laura
Abaigar kami po ay nagpapasalamat sa patuloy na pagsakay at pagtangkilik sa Cebu Pacific.
