Abbreviation
ch – chain
X – single crochet
V – single crochet increase (2 single crochet in same stitch)
A – single crochet decrease (crochet 2 stitches together)
T – half double crochet
F – double crochet
FV – double crochet increase (2 double crochet in same stitch)
E – treble crochet
Wrap cotton wool around the wire, and insert the wire. (see pic 1.1 – 1.2)

Body
Join 2 legs.
Check pic 2.4 to make sure the arms are joined correctly at the side of the
body. You may need to add a few stitches.

Head
If you are using safety eyes, insert them now between Row 38 – 39, the space
between the eyes is 9 stitches. (see pic 5.4)
Dress
Start on body Row 22 FLO – find the center stitch at the back of the body.

You may add or reduce some rows depending on the length you need for the dress.
Use orange yarn to crochet Row 5 FLO – [X , 2T , FV , E , FV , 2T , X , slst] 6 , X , 2T ,
FV.
Use light yellow yarn to crochet Row 10 FLO – T , X , slst , [X , T , FV , T , X , slst] 13,
X , T , X.
Tips: Stick the dress ruffles with glue or sew them onto the dress to avoid them
flipping up. (see pic 3.1)
Dress Shoulder. Start at body Row 27 FLO – find the front body center stitch.
(see pic 3.2)
Use a bead to decorate the front of the Dress Shoulder. (see pic 3.6)
Hair

Hair Strands (Total 6 strands). Crochet more loosely or use a larger hook. (see
pic 4.2)
Stick the Hair Cap to the head with glue. (see pic 4.4 – 4.7)
Stick the Hair Strands to both sides of the Hair Cap with glue and then sew it to the
back of the Hair Cap. (see pic 4.8 – 4.9)
Sew and stuff the Hair Bun on top of the Hair Cap. (see pic 4.10)
Use light yellow yarn to crochet Hair Band – 34ch and stick it around the Hair Bun
with glue. (see pic 4.11 – 4.12)

Crown
Stick the Crown to the top of the Hair Cap. (see pic 5.1 – 5.3)
Face
Insert the safety eyes between Row 38 – 39, the space between the eyes is 9 stitches.
(see pic 5.4)
Using only 2 strands of the brown yarn, embroider an eyebrow between Row 41 – 42.
