technological advancements in your life as well as in our society?

A printer is an output device that prints paper documents. This includes text
documents, images, or a combination of both. The two most common types of
printers are inkjet and laser printers. The printed output produced by a printer is
often called a hard copy, which is the physical version of an electronic document.

A computer is a machine that can be instructed to carry out sequences of arithmetic

or logical operations automatically via computer programming. Modern computers
have the ability to follow generalized sets of operations, called programs. These
programs enable computers to perform an extremely wide range of tasks.

A laptop or laptop computer, is a small, portable personal computer with a

“clamshell” form factor, typically having a thin LCD or LED computer screen
mounted on the inside of the upper lid of the clamshell and an alphanumeric
keyboard on the inside of the lower lid. The clamshell is opened up to use the
computer.

cameras are sealed boxes with a small hole that allow light in to capture an image on

Technology affects the way individuals communicate, learn, and think. It helps
society and determines how people interact with each other on a daily basis.
Technology plays an important role in society today. It has positive and negative
effects on the world and it impacts daily lives. Through the exponential rise of
technology that we have seen since the 90’s alone has left a positive mark on
society. The major fields of society that technology has impacted include:
transportation, agriculture, communication, medicine, education, and business. On
the other hand, Social media and mobile devices may lead to psychological and
physical issues, such as eyestrain and difficulty focusing on important tasks. They
may also contribute to more serious health conditions, such as depression. The
overuse of technology may have a more significant impact on developing children
and teenagers

Write a brief summary of the development of science and technology in the Philippines
During the Spanish Regime The beginnings of modern science and technology in the
Philippines can be traced to the Spanish regime. The Spaniards established schools,
hospitals and started scientific research and these had important consequences for
the rise of the country’s professions.

Should there be an ethics of technology? In your own interpretation, what is the Law of
Robotics really meant?

Yes, there should be an ethics even in technology. Ethics refers to all the regulation
and rules of decorum or manners based on ideas about what is morally good and
bad. Ethics should exist in technology to prevent unnecessary words, cyberbullying
and sexual activities. The first law is that a robot shall not harm a human, or by
inaction allow a human to come to harm. The second law is that a robot shall obey
any instruction given to it by a human, and the third law is that a robot shall avoid
actions or situations that could cause it to come to harm itself.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS

Do technological devices bring more good than bad to people?

The use of technology has made everyday life more convenient for everyone.
Unfortunately, as a result, it has led to trouble sleeping, created unnecessary stress
for its users and has increased laziness. It would appear that technology is just as
harmful as it is helpful. Technology affects the way individuals communicate, learn,
and think. It helps society and determines how people interact with each other on a
daily basis. Technology plays an important role in society today. It has positive and
negative effects on the world and it impacts daily lives.

Should there be more budget for technological researches despite the dilemmas they are
currently facing?

We must increase awareness, knowledge and importance of technology research -

thereby creating an interest. A budget revolves around the same interest, at a global
level. There are no dilemmas being faced, just lobbyists from various elements of
business -who influence the “Dilemma movement” around the globe. Every
successful material, process, venture, or product undergone numerous researches
before it became what we use today. I believe that increasing the budget for
technological research is one of the best investment that we could ever have if we
want to have our own technological advancement.

Should there be a limit to technological advancements?

The thing about technological advancement is that it’s inevitable. It’s a part of life. It
does not have a pulse, but it’s a living thing and in the way of all living things, there’s
growth. But on the other hand, too much time with technology causes children to not
get enough exercise. Lack of exercise is not only bad for their bodies, but it also
hurts how their brains function and develop. In fact, more exercise and less use of
tech devices can help improve grades and reduce behavior problems.
