Dear guests, in order to to make your stay in our condominiums a pleasant experience, please follow

the House Rules.

We kindly ask you to take the following information into account:

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 12:00 nn

Early check-in and late check-out are allowed as long as the unit is available.

Room keys and elevator access card on arrival

Keys will be handed upon arrival by our main gate security guard on duty. Key collection will be
made upon check-out. Lost/damaged key shall be subject to corresponding fee.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed with valid identification. IDs should be surrendered to the security guard on duty,
in the gates or building before entering the room.
Visitors are allowed to stay until 10 pm only. Overnight stay is strictly prohibited.
All tenants/guests should observe and obey House Rules & Policy all the time while inside the
condominium premises. This is likewise applicable to all visitors.

Electricity & Water Consumption

Morning Star Rentals care for our mother nature and we ask you to take part of it.
To save water consumption, please turn off the faucets properly when not in use. Notice if there are
any leakage in the faucet or toilet and report immediately to the owner.
Please use bath towels few times. Do not use them to wipe your feet or dry the floor as it will be
difficult to clean may need to be cleaned with harmful chemicals and use lots of water.
To save electricity consumption, please turn off all the appliances when not in use specially when
going out.

Room Keys

Long term stay guests must lock their rooms on their way out and keep their set of keys in safe
place.
If you lost your key. Please call us immediately but keep in mind that we may not be available at
once and you may need to wait for us for a while.
Please do not open the door with force to avoid damage. For security purposes, please do not ask
anyone, not even the security guards, to open the door for you using other keys.

Condo Unit Inclusions

All our condominiums are fully furnished and equipped with the basic kitchen cooking tools and
dining utensils to make your stay as convenient as possible.
An inventory check will be done upon check-in together with the guests and do the same upon
check-out. Any loss and/or damage shall be paid to corresponding fee.
Bed linens and bathroom essentials will be supplied for the short term stay tenants and on the only
one set for the long term tenants. New sets can be requested with fee.

Rental Payments

Short term stay guests must pay the full amount upon the arrival.

Long term stay guests must pay the advance payment upon arrival.

Utility, Condo Dues & Other Bills

There are no utility bills to be charged for short term stay guests.
Long term guests should pay all the utility, condo dues and other monthly bills, unless otherwise it is
already included in their monthly rental.

Smoking & Fire

Smoking is completely forbidden inside the condominium unit and within the building premises.
It is prohibited to use any flammables for heating, cooking or the like. Candles should be used with
caution.
Please report to our staff if you noticed that the fire alarm system and sprinkler inside the condo unit
are not working.
Please notice all the marked fire exit and practice the safest and fastest way to get out of the
building in time of fire.

Prohibited Items

It is prohibited to store any explosive, drugs and any other dangerous goods inside the condo unit.

Purpose of Stay Please do not use guest rooms for business activities or for any purposes other
than accommodation use.
It is strictly prohibited to use our condo units and condominium premises for any types of crime acts
such as pornography or illegal drug related acts.
Please reach out to us if you want to use our condo unit and/or condominium amenities as a venue
for your photo shoot.

Valuables, Security and Storage

Although we take responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all our guests and their
possessions, it is still the guests’ accountability for their own safety and security.
The management is not responsible for lost items. Please lock the doors when you leave and do not
share your keys to others that are not part of your group.

Cleanliness

Please keep the condo unit clean and livable. Do not throw any type of garbage on the lobby,
hallway or anywhere within the building premises.
Do not leave any items outside the door such as slippers, bag of garbage etc.
Please throw your garbage every night before going to sleep to avoid insects coming inside the unit.

Behavior

Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises inside the condo unit, lobby, hallway and public
areas.
Please pay respect to our fellow residence. Avoid creating trouble and report to our staff of security
guard on duty if there are anything or anyone that bothers you within the condominium premises.
Swimming Pool

The pool is at your disposal from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Only four persons per condo unit are allowed
to use the swimming pool. The two are free of charge and the others should pay 100 pesos for
adults and 50 pesos for kids at the main gate. No children are allowed near the pool without adult
supervision.

Pet Policies

Pets are NOT allowed inside.
