LaLa Milan x Lana Laws of TLC

Introduction: This Agreement (the “Agreement”) made this Sept 15, 2022 between Lana Laws
of TLC (“Purchaser”) and LaLa Milan (Speaker). It is mutually agreed between the parties as
follows:

The Purchaser hereby engages the Entertainer hereby agrees to appear and teach at the
engagement hereinafter provided, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth including
those hereof entitled “Additional – Terms and Conditions”

Meeting Address: Office address to be provided Person Booking Service: Lana Laws

Date(s) and/or time(s) of engagement: Sept. 19, 2022

Duties of engagement: Teaching Moment with LaLa Milan. LaLa Milan will partake in the
Teaching of employees and showing social media strategies to organically grow.

Total compensation: Eleven Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($11,500.00) Travel will be
paid for by the Purchaser.

Half of the payment shall be paid in advance as follows:

(a) Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($5,750.00) to be paid by the Purchaser as a
deposit after agreement is signed.

(b) Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($5,750.00) as the remaining balance should
be paid upon completion.

For social media, LaLa will post on twice on her social media account (One on the story linking
to the TLC website and One on the Timeline).

Purchaser is entitled to a full refund in case of a cancellation on behalf of LaLa Milan, that’s not
caused by weather and/or a natural disaster. If cancellation happens to occur due to these
conditions, then the Purchaser has thirty (30) days from the day of cancellation to reschedule.

Speaker Right to Terminate: If the Speaker is entitled to a deposit payment that has been
discussed and agreed upon, and it has not been paid within the time frame, the Speaker will have
the right to terminate the Agreement with no further obligation nor refund of the deposit.

General: Nothing in this agreement constitutes that either the Purchaser or the Speaker is a
partner or employee of each other. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the
parties and may not be amended except in a writing signed by both parties. If a court finds any
provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will be
interpreted so as best to affect the intent of the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with in the laws of Charlotte, NC. In the event of any dispute arising
from or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to attorney’s fees.
