Ans-1) The poet wants us to wake up to experience the wonders of the lovely day. He wants us to
see the beauty of the rising sun, enjoy the sweet song of the birds and the buzzing of the
bees.

Ans-2) The poet calls the person who sleeps till late as sleepyhead.

Ans-3) In the poem, the poet can hear three sounds in the morning. He can hear the birds,
singing in the trees and the buzzing of the bees. He can also hear the sounds of the farm animals
like the cow, horses, duck, sheep and chicken.

Ans-4) I think the poet lives in a farm.

4. One day I decided to get up early in the morning to see how the lovely day starts. I
was surprised to see the red and orange sky as the sun was about to rise. The sky was
looking beautiful. It was calm and peaceful and one could clearly hear the wonderful
sounds of nature- the rustling of the leaves, the chirping of the birds and the blowing wind.
The feel of the gentle breeze was very refreshing. It was indeed a lovely and cheerful
morning that kept me excited and active for the rest of the day.
