WE, NARIE M. ASUNCION, of legal age, Filipino, married/ and presently residing at
CABITAN, MANDAON, MASBATE, and RALPH A. BACOLON, of legal age, Filipino,
married and presently residing at CABITAN, MANDAON, MASBATE, both after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know FELIZARDO MESA ROMANO JR. of CABITAN,


MANDAON, MASBATE, being acquaintance for a long period of time;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that he was born at POBLACION, MANDAON,


MASBATE, Province of MASBATE, Philippines, on the 20TH day of the JUNE, 1955;

3. He is the father of May L. Romano and has been using the said name in all his
documents and transactions;

4. FELIZARDO M ROMANO and FELIZARDO M. ROMANO JR. pertains to one and


the same person;

5. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned person; and

6. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
