terms and conditions of the offer are given below.
1. Your initial place of Posting will be Buldhana.
2. You are expected to join as early as possible as and not later than 18th Aug
2021 failing which we presume you do not have interest in pursuing a career
with us. Accordingly, this offer will be withdrawn and treated as cancelled.
The Business Hours begin from 9.00 AM onwards.
3. This is not a regular offer of appointment but a letter of intent. The formal
letter of appointment will be issued at the time of joining.
4. Please submit the following at the time of your joining, failing which your
offer letter stands canceled.
a. Documentary evidence of date of birth
b. Attested copy of all Educational Qualifications (SSC, HSC,
Degree/Diploma)
c. Five passport size photographs
d. Need to know your blood group
e. Address/ residential proof

5. The Compensation and Benefits Program applicable to you is enclosed for
your reference. We reiterate that your compensation is a confidential
matter between you and the Company and we reaffirm that the

LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
Dear Chotu,
We are pleased to appoint you as Associate -TL Promoter in Sales Dept. with
effect from 18th Aug 2021 on the following terms and conditions:
TERMS & CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
1) Employment:-
i) Your initial place of posting would be at Buldhana.
ii) However, your services are transferable and you may be
assigned/transferred to serve any of its group companies at any of its
location or at the locations of any of our customers (if necessary) as
the case may be. It is a condition to your employment that you comply
with any such requirements of the organization.
iii) The term of your employment shall be valid for a period from 18th Aug
2021 to 17th Aug 2022 notwithstanding this, in the event of the
project/work/deputation for which you are being employed terminates
before the aforementioned period, this contract shall be co-terminus with
the project/work.
iv) This appointment is subject to satisfactory health report from an
approved Medical Practitioner
v) Your performance will be evaluated according to your efficiency,
punctuality and conduct, maintenance of discipline and in accordance
with the Code of Conduct of the organization.
vi) The Organization reserves the right to extend the employment period in
the event that your performance is up to the expectation.
2) Remuneration:-
i) Your salary (CTC) will be Rs.23303 per month (Annexure attached).
ii) Variable pay/Bonus/Sales Incentive will be paid to the associates only if
he/she will be active or present in the system on the day of payout.
3) Provident Fund/ESI:-
i) You will be eligible for Provident Fund as per the applicable Statute.
ii) You will be eligible for ESIC as per the applicable Statute.

4) Proof of Age:-
You will be required to produce satisfactory proof of age at the time of
joining. The same may be evidenced from the School Leaving certificate/
HSC passing certificate/ SSC passing certificate or from the birth register
certificate.
Once such proof of age is accepted and recorded on the company’s register,
you will not be permitted to seek a change of date of birth.
5) Retirement:-
The retirement age is 58 years.
6) Responsibilities & Duties:-
i) You Shall be assigned with all the duties and responsibilities of your post
and such other duties on behalf of the organization as may be
reasonably assigned from time to time by the organization’s management
ii) You shall at all times be required to carry out the duties and
responsibilities assigned to you by the Organization, faithfully and
diligently and in compliance with the established policies and procedures,
endeavoring to the best of your ability to protect and promote the interest
of the organization.
iii) You shall not, during the term of your employment except with the written
permission of the organization engage directly or indirectly in any other
business.
7) Past Records:-
If any declaration given or information furnished by you to the company
proves to be false or if you are bound to have willfully suppressed or
concealed any material information, in such cases. You will be liable to
removal from services without any notice.
8) Confidentiality:-
a) The terms and conditions of service are confidential and may not be
disclosed to or discussed with anyone.
b) You shall not at any time, either during the tenure of your employment
with the Company, or thereafter, for any reason whatsoever, divulge
either directly or indirectly to any person, firm or Company any formulae,
process or patents of the Company or of its principals, or any knowledge,
information or documents, whatsoever, which you may acquire during the
course, or as a result of your employment with the Company concerning
the business, property, contracts, methods, working processes, trade
secrets, transactions, affairs, or customers of the Company or its
Principals and shall not utilize any knowledge or information acquired by
you during the course of employment with the Company for your own
benefit.

c) You undertake not to make copies or duplicates of any confidential
information or other sensitive property or materials of the Organization,
including but not limited to keys, access cards, diskettes, programs,
photographs or such other proprietary information relating to the
Organization’s business.
d) You Shall keep strictly confidential details of your salary and employment
benefits within and outside the Organization
e) You shall not, during the continuance of your employment with the
Company without the prior written consent of the Company publish
directly or indirectly any book, booklet, magazines, brochure, pamphlet or
similar other document or publication whatsoever, whether for
remuneration or otherwise.
f) If during your employment with the Company you invent or discover
(whether alone or with others) any new product, process or method of
manufacture relating to the Company’s activity, it shall be the sole and
absolute property of the Company, and assist the Company to obtain
patent rights or similar protection.
9) Termination Notice:-
a) You are requested to give 30 Days prior notice before leaving the job
otherwise the company will have the right to terminate the services by the
payment of 30 Days salary lieu of notice.
b) Violations of Vikvins Code Of Conduct and Principal Employer HSW
Safety Rules will attract towards disciplinary action against you
including immediate termination of your services without any
compensation benefits.
c) Upon termination of your employment with the Organization for any
reason, you shall promptly return the Organization all company assets
and documents and things (including any copies thereof) issued to you.
The Organization reserves the right not to relieve you of your
employment in the event that all the Organization’s
documents/property/Confidential Information in your custody have not
been properly handed over by you to an authorized representatives of the
organization.
d) In the event of misconduct, dishonesty, negligence in duties,
disobedience, disclosing Company secrets or absence without
permission, your appointment will be terminated summarily.
e) In case any misconduct is alleged against you, the management at any
time, when it considered necessary may suspend you with or without
payment of Subsistence Allowance or wages during the period of
suspension and constitute disciplinary enquiry, In that regard, After
enquiry if you are guilty of misconduct you may accordingly be punished,
fined, demoted or dismissed from the services and the dues may be
forfeited.
10) Others:-
a) You will be bound by the Code of Conduct of the Organization and all
other Rules, regulations, instructions, policies and orders issued by the

Organizing from time to time, In relation to you conduct, discipline and
service conditions such as leave, medical treatment, retirement etc. as if
these Code of Conduct, Rules, Regulations, instructions, Policies etc.
were part of this agreement.
b) You shall inform the organization as soon as possible about any change
in your residential address.
c) Your appointment and continuation in the employment will always be
subject to your remaining physically and mentally fit and alert.
d) Any dispute between yourself and the Company concerning or relating to
or arising out of your appointment/employment shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of Pune.
e) You shall at all times put in good faith and make all attempts to resolve
differences arising out of any of the above clauses or any difference
related to employment by discussions with your higher authorities failing
which by resorting to arbitration. Both the parties shall appoint one
arbitrator each having professional reputation. These Arbitrators shall
appoint one referee by joint consent.
f) The arbitration shall be governed by the Indian Arbitration and
Conciliation Act 1996, it shall be held in Pune and in English language.
g) All the correspondence, communications by the company herein after
shall be made either personally at work place or at the residential
address given by you, at any one of the places at the discretion and
convenience of the company. Should you change your residence, you
shall forthwith inform the address in writing to the company.
h) I have read and understood all the terms and conditions and I accept
them fully.
This letter is being given to you in duplicate and we shall be glad if you will sign and
return one copy to us in token of your acceptance of the above terms and
conditions:
