Answer:

Globalization, in my opinion, is the term used to describe the growing interdependence of the world's
economies, cultures, and populations, as a result of cross-border trade in goods and services,
technology, and flows of investment, people, and information.Globalization, also known as globalisation,
is the process of interaction and integration among people, businesses, and governments all over the
world. Because of advancements in transportation and communication technology, globalization has
accelerated since the 18th century.

2. What do think is the impact of globalization in the Philippines? Does it help the country in elevating its
status?

Answer:

I think the Globalization has a positive effect in the Philippines and its help our country to elevate the
status. Through opening the trading in other countries and exporting Philippines products, the
government raised uts economy higher which allows the administration to provide budgets for different
department and sectors, to aid their fellow countrymen.

the opportunity to observe the best education systems in the world and thus replicate them. Because of
globalization, many countries quickly adopted new learning methods such as e-learning and blended
learning.With globalization some of the challenges for knowledge, education and learning will provide
today’s learners the ability to be more familiar and comfortable with abstract concepts and uncertain
situations. Globalization enhances the student’s ability to manipulate symbols. Highly productive
employment in today’s economy will require the learner to constantly manipulate symbols, such as
political, legal and business terms, and digital money. Also, It encourages students to work in teams. To
be able to work closely in teams is the need for employees. Working in teams requires students to
develop skills in-group dynamics, compromise, debate, persuasion, organization, and leadership and
management skills.
2. Why do we need to strengthen our English language competence in this 21st century?

Answer:

We need to improve our English language skills in the twenty-first century because English is a very
important language nowadays, and it is commonly used to communicate with people who live in other
countries. Knowing English increases your chances of getting a good job in a multinational company
within your home country or for finding work abroad. It's also the language of international
communication, the media and the internet, so learning English is important for socialising and
entertainment as well as work.English is important for students as it broadens their minds, develops
emotional skills, improve the quality of life by providing job opportunities. Moreover, the use of English
as an International language is growing with time because it is the only medium for communication in
many countries.These 21st-century skills are more important than ever for students. They not only
provide a framework for successful classroom learning, but they also ensure students' ability to thrive in
a world where change is constant and learning never stops. They are also critically important for the
well-being of our country.

3. What is the impact of globalization on culture and society?

Answer:

Globalization's impact on culture contributes to the exchange of cultural values between countries and
the convergence of traditions. The impact of globalization on society is that migration from rural to
urban areas has accelerated, and the growth of cities, particularly in the developing world, is associated
with substandard living conditions for many. Family discord, as well as social and domestic violence, are
on the rise.It is a widely defined word with several connotations to many different people. Globalization
has been the subject of heated debate. Some people believe that globalization is a dangerous
phenomenon that has harmed the world. According to them, globalization has had negative
consequences for society, affecting its peace. On the other hand, some people see globalization as a
beneficial phenomenon that has made the world more connected and informed than ever before. They
see it as a novel source of hope in the world. This group clearly sees a variety of benefits from
globalization.

organization's game, so the leader does not remain constant in terms of his capabilities and skills where
he can always win. Without a doubt, globalization helps open up different opportunities, but it is not
always easy to take advantage of these opportunities. A leader must face various challenges and come
out on top.

Answer:

For me, rich people get richer because they own a business, while the poor get poorer because they
don't have enough money.

3. Explain the pros and cons of globalization.

Answer:

It generally causes the rich to become rich and the poor to become impoverished. Globalization is
supposed to be about free trade, but the reality is that only true globalization, which eliminates national
borders, can accomplish this.

4. What is the academic pressure of globalization in the country? Cite and research studies on what the
country must do to improve the academic system.

Answer:

The pressures of globalization necessitate changes in the economic, social, political, cultural, and
educational spheres. Change is frequently accompanied by risks. Their discussions have enabled the
identification of future actions for the sustainable and sustained development of the emerging
economy.
