1. Open Photoshop
Launch Photoshop as you normally would and
open any image.

2. Apply Camera Raw Filter
In the filter menu choose "Camera Raw Filter..."

3. Camera Raw
This will open the Camera Raw processing window.

4. Camera Raw Presets
Click on the presets icon inside Camera Raw

5. Open menu and choose Import
Right click in the presets area on the right to pop
open the presets menu and then select "Import
Profiles & Presets..."

6. Select the Preset Files
Select the Zip File or Folder you downloaded and
click "Import".

7. Select a Preset!
The group of presets is now loaded, you can select
any of the presets to preview the effect. Once you
have found a preset you like click "OK".

7. Preset is applied!
Undo and repeat, or adjust the preset settings
within Camera Raw to get the exact look you want.

Older versions of Photoshop
Older versions of Photoshop manage presets for
photoshop differently , below are the instructions
for loading them.

MAC
1. Open the folder “XMP - Camera Raw Presets” that
you downloaded and un-zipped. Select all the
“.xmp” files and copy (Command-C).

2. Go to the Finder and open a new window


(Command-N).

3. Go to the “Go” Menu at the top, hold down “Alt” or


“Option” and the “Library” sub-menu should appear.
Click on this.

4. Go to “Application Support” -> “Adobe” ->


“Camera Raw” -> “Settings”.

5. In the Settings folder, paste the “.xmp” files you


had earlier copied (Command-V).
Older versions of Photoshop

Windows 10
1. Go to the folder:

Windows(user)\Application Data\Adobe\Camera Raw\Settings

or

C:Users-[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings

2. Copy the folder with the XMP presets into the


“Settings” folder.

Note: Ensure the XMP files are not in a folder which


is inside another folder. It should be
...Settings\FOLDER NAME\Preset.xmp files

Restart Photoshop and the presets will be available


from the presets menu inside Camera Raw
Older versions of Photoshop

WINDOWS 7
1. Go to the folder:

Documents and Settings \ YOUR USER NAME \


ApplicationData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ CameraRaw \ Settings

2. Copy the folder with the XMP presets into the


“Settings” folder.

Note: If you cannot see the "AppData" folder, do the


following:

a. Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button


Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel,
clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then
clicking Folder Options.

b. Click the View tab.

c. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden les,


folders, and drives, and then click OK.
