Objectives: General objectives and skills that the student should obtain at the end of the course. General Objectives: Give a general vision of the different procedures for preparation of nanometric materials: bottom up and top down. Deeper in the knowledge of multiple techniques to obtain nanomaterials following the bottom up approximation Relate the material typology with its synthesis method. Know the importance of the synthesis method in the material properties. Give a knowledge of the bibliographical references in this area. Understand and differentiate synthesis strategies in the nanomaterials preparation. Know the fundamental concepts for designing a synthesis procedure. Get the ability in managing the bibliographical sources.
