As stated in my CV, I have been working from 2014 up to now in several positions that in
most of them I had to manage, implement and deal with all managerial, Monitoring and
Evaluation, and technical aspects of projects. I have earned a great experience of Capacity,
Mentoring, Project management, Implementation and work progress reporting, Conducting
Assessments and how to deal with the community and local government authorities.
My leadership skills are developed and have specifically allowed me to spontaneously
interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. I am a motivator and organizer
and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations within organization

Job Description:
●Overall responsible for Community Development Councils CDCs, Saving Groups SGs and
other SCA target Group member’s capacity development, trainings and awareness sessions
conduction, conflict resolution and liaison with other key stakeholders.
●Read, understand and apply the project operational manual in the area of responsibility
●To conduct community mobilization for the formation of Saving Groups SGs.
●To provide technical support to the Producer Groups and with close coordination of
Community Development Councils (CDC).
●To establish a good communication between different councils, representatives from
PRRD, other governmental agencies, civil society organizations who are working toward the
promotion of livelihood
●Conflict resolution in the community/CDC/SG and producer group level.
●To facilitate systematize CGLP development initiatives.

●To facilitate the community to plan and prioritize their development projects.
●Technically assist Saving Groups and Producer Groups on bookkeeping and organizational
development
●Assist and facilitate target groups on vocational trainings
●Assist and facilitate distribution of new technology for producer groups in enhancing their
production and quality addition.
●Assist target groups for distribution and collection of revolving loan and loan management.
●Assist CDC/SG and producer groups to improve coordination, linkages and communication
with CSOs and Governmental bodies at village and district level
●Improve transparency and accountability within Saving Groups through applying different
tools.
●To facilitate the Saving Groups and Producer Groups to mobilize local and non-local
resources for their development in a sustainable manner.
●Maintain productive and comprehensive coordination within programme units.
●Maintain and follow all organizational procedures, guidelines and code of conduct.
●Keep update data, proper documentation, filling and reporting to immediate supervisor in a
timely manner.Complete all project related planned activities in the scheduled timeframe.

situations.
