Accountability and Continuous Improvement

1. The roles and responsibilities of accountable persons and collective bodies in the school are clearly defined and agreed upon by stakeholders. Meeting minutes, constitutions, by-laws and memorandums of agreement show how accountability is managed. 2. Achievement of goals is recognized through a performance system and gaps are addressed by action plans. School report cards, narrative reports and resolutions show how progress is monitored and recognized. 3. The accountability system is owned by the community and continuously improved to meet emerging learning needs, as shown through meeting minutes and accomplishment reports.
