1. Make adjustments to general visual design of the website. It includes taking out every non
applicable
advertisments, text and picture alignments e.t.c. Some of the pictures must be sharpened, some
of
them blured, depending on position and importance on the website. It has to be done in all of
parts
from the main menu, approximately in 6-8 main themes which could consist of 2-3 subthemes
each.
2. Finish the price calculation tool:
2.1. Create responsive design, for to be applicable to mobile devices and tablets.
2.2. Make search function more usable. The tool has to offer address in the country chosen
at the moment when one starts to enter the name. It works after refresh, but not every
time by entering page. It means, something has to be adjusted.
2.3. Possibly small design adjustments, or value of eur/km changing in formula.
3. Create automatic answering to customers’ email after making and order, and at the same time
to our
company’s email with the info of order completed.
4. Create time schedule tool, where all orders made would be collected in calendar. It should be
added
to company’s main e-mail, where by clicking on calendar would be possible to see all schedule
with
orders. When times are covering each other, it should be figured out with different colour and
warning sign for us.
5. Adjust and add to website database form of all searches made on the website. This database is
ready,
needs to be added to work on our website. It is made on basis of Oracle, and gives a report in
MS
Excel format.
6. Make the system of customer reviews. It should work approximately like this – by choosing
the review
field in the main menu, you can leave your feedback either as anonymous, or with Name and
personal
details. Every of fields given in form are not as mandatory ones. Fields will be given by us or
creator
can offer his own scheme. When customer clicks on Send button, we are receiving this review in
our
e-mail, where it is possible to choose – Accept or decline. If we accept it – it adds to a reviews
part on
website. If we decline, the customer receives in his email letter – sorry, we are not able to add
your
comments at the moment due to technical reasons. Sorry for the inconveniences. (exact text will
be
adjusted)
7. Copy maximum of possible keywords from competitors’ websites, where it is possible, and
add them
to website in non-visible form. Create and run the engine for Google search, for to be in the first
Google page in the shortest time possible (should be approximately offered) by using most of
the
popular keywords. Quantity of keywords for being on first page will be agreed, but at least with
5-10
most popular searching combinations.
8. Create contact form for potential partners to be possible to make the application. Necessary
fields
will be given by us. But after confirmation this part should be sent us by email with different
subject.
9. Create a part of small e-shop. There is a part in menu already. There has to be some small
amount of
souvenirs, like t-shirts, caps, pens, e.t.c which also can be bought. The plan is just to show the
price
and to make a presents to our best customers, so they could see exact value we are giving them
as a
gift.
10. After creating and adjusting topics 1-9, our bank will confirm payment receiving system into
the
account. Then payment system has to be added to calculation tool, as well as to the shop part.
Payments should be able to receive from payment cards – Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, as well as
Paypal,
Trustly.
11. As an option for future extension should be offered created and connected to website profiles
in
social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. This part is under discussion.
