The greengrocer 's “EnElEje”, it is located in Santa Brígida. In order to open the premises, a
capital contribution of around 6.000€ is required from each of the partners.
The hours of availability will be from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 21:00
As for the competition, we have to take into account that there are 2 supermarkets similar to
ours in the block next door.

One of the main objectives of the fruit and vegetable shop "EnElEje" is to make the products
as ecological as possible for human consumption. In addition, this approach will take into
account the use of local farmers. This is the reason why the products of kilometer 0.
Likewise, the intention of "EnElEje" is to expand to terrorios with a smaller population.

For the development of the business, the distribution of functions according to the position to
be managed will be necessary. In this case, the employees would be the three initial investors.
Therefore, the farmers will have to be paid for the goods offered by them. The profits
obtained would be distributed among 4 farmers, the percentage of remuneration for each of
them being about 1,313 € for each of them.This gives a total distributor expenditure of
around 5,252€ to which must be added extras depending on the month due to lack of goods.
Similarly, the renting costs should be added, which would be 1200€ per month for renting the
premises, to which should be added water and electricity costs of 4751.04€, the fixed rate
being 0.2424 per square metre per month.

As a type of financing, it should be added that the municipality of Santa Brígida grants loans
for the creation of companies within the municipality or even outside it, the subsidy to benefit
would be around 10.000 for each of the partners of the business.

We believe that our business will have a future because it is an area that does not have
enough supermarkets, so it offers convenience to consumers as it avoids them having to
travel to the city center. In addition, we would be able to expand to less commercialized areas
of the different islands of the archipelago. But, in principle, to be leaders in the Canary
Islands market, specifically in Gran Canaria in areas such as Santa Brígida, Ayacata, la
Aldea, etc.
