Carlos: Good morning, I introduce myself. I am Carlos Soria. Business Administration student at
the Technological University of Peru.

fabián: hi carlos, nice to meet you, tell me what job skills do you have?

Carlos: I have service and customer care skills. I can work in a team with ease, communicate
easily, willing to learn and results oriented.

Fabian: Very good! Tell me more.

Carlos: I had a job, in which I was able to exploit my potential as customer service. I can create
more capabilities that build up successfully on the job.

Fabián: Excellent Carlos, you have a good work history. and we need people like you in this
company, give me your cell phone number,

Carlos: Sure, 950-364-603.

Fabián: Your identification number also please.

Carlos: Sure, 75168324.

Fabián: Thanks Carlos, we'll call you in a few days.

William: Good morning, I introduce myself, I am William, civil engineering at the Universidad
Tecnológica del Perú.

Carlos: Hello William, nice to meet you, tell me what job skills do you have?

William: I have work experience as a security guard, I know how to work in a team and I have
experience with customer service, I am a fast learner and I can perform well for the position.

Carlos: Tell me more about your work experience.

William: I had a job, in which my mission was to take care of the whole neighborhood to make it
safe and also the owners call me to give me an extra job with extra money.

Carlos: Excellent William, you have a good work history, and we need people like you in this
company, give me your cell phone number,

William: Sure, 922758345.

Carlos: Your ID number also please.

William: Sure, 74436712.

Carlos: Thank you William, we will be in touch with you.
