SUMMARY
very similar to those they'll encounter on a daily basis. Employees will use the same
tools and equipment they need for their job while being guided by an experienced
trainer. The goal of OJT is to provide instruction and practice opportunity so that the
inexperienced learner can develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to
perform the job tasks associated with his or her job role. As of my OJT at MCC or
MCC, my social skills improve after being a leader of the team I handle.
First to third day of the internship, the company has given us a task about the
company profile, several questions we must answer about our internship. The questions
are about the course we are taking, brief knowledge about Melham Construction
Second week, I was appointed as the team leader of IT 20-MCC MOBILE APP
team. The team project is about MCC chat app where can use as way of
communication. The jobs of the team is coding and setting new features in the MCC
chat app.
Third week, the team had two meetings; with and without the Team Handler. The
meeting with the Team Handler is all about the team updating the current status of the
project which has 70 percentage out of 100 percent. The team meeting without the
Team Handler talks about what feature should be added to reach the 80 percent Project
status.

Fourth week, the Team did not held a meeting. I updated the team’s internship
details in the team’s Local Drive contains the works and projects of the former interns.
Fifth week, as the team Leader of the team, we choose a new team Leader and
Team co-leader since we are heading to off boarding. We held a several meeting for
this week to talk about the project, guiding the new leader and co-leader for the role and

company name. Then it was acquired by a private sector entity, which registered the

REFLECTION
It was a great way for me to introduce myself to Melham Construction Corporation. It feels
like this task 1 is my interview for my Internship in this company. Doing this task, the questions
are exactly the same question in my mind that I have never answer. It was a big question mark
for me before, what specialization would I take once I graduated? After reading those question,
answers came flooding into my mind like a river. Like it has been clogged and it was now
unclogged. It was great to have this task because it makes me realize the worth of my profession
and what job I will probably have after I graduated.

(Structural, Fit out works), Horizontal Project such (Roads, Highways and bridges), Telecommunication
such (Cell site erection) and Technology such (Installation of fiber optics, SLI and ODN).
