Proposal for the QMT Activities

Mitch Brocoy : do the encoding of production records


to add: to encode the QC quality records such as from the QR-QCL-01A & 01B
( perform some activities as per instruction of APM )
: Boiler/ water softener/ water analysis

Michael Ibarita : monitoring of the production staff, activities and making some improvements
such as the refresher/training of all the operators in all sections
: monitoring of the crusher output and performance, for the monthly progress
reporting to its achievement of the Quality Objective.

: responsible on whatever adjustments necessary in the production & other activities
( as per instruction by the APM/PRDM
