mentioned in Student Resource Book of SVKM’S NMIMS, Mukesh Patel School of Technology
Management & Engineering carefully and have understood its contents and their
ramifications. We both, parent and student are aware and agree to abide by the Attendance
rules as mentioned in Student Resource Book for the academic year ________.

Further I understand that if my ward has deficiency in Attendance and / or Term work at
the end of Semester, in one/or more subjects he / she will be declared defaulter. His / her
term will not be granted and will not be allowed to appear for the Term End Examination. I
understand that my ward will be detained if he /she does not comply with the attendance
requirement, he /she has to register afresh in the same Semester, same class in the
subsequent Academic year or as per readmission rules.
