Build For Tomorrow

The document outlines 4 phases of adapting to change: 1) Panic, 2) Grudgingly adapt, 3) Find a new normal, 4) Wouldn't go back. It advises pausing when others panic, being the first to change before having to, leading the charge to define the new normal, and seizing new opportunities from changes. The overall message is that change brings opportunities for those who proactively position themselves to thrive no matter the changes of tomorrow.
