How to Upload and Restore Cluster backup on SmartZone?

Customer Environment

vSZ or SmartZone and an FTP Server

Resolution

Below is the command to upload the cluster backup to the vSZ/SZ platform:

1. Upload the cluster backup using SSH or Console/Serial Access to vSZ/SZ setup:

           Ruckus>enable

        Password:

        Ruckus#copy ftp://<USERNAME>:


<PASSWORD>@<FTP_SERVER_ADDR>/<FILE_NAME.bak> backup

For Example:

                Ruckus>enable

        Ruckus#copy
ftp://test:[email protected]/cluster_backup.bak backup

2. Restore the backup onto the controller:

        Ruckus>enable

    Ruckus#restore
