INSTRUCTIONS
1 Your admis s ion to the examination is s tric tly provis ional. T he mere fac t that the c all letter has been is s ued to you does not imply that your
c andidature has been ac c epted by the Bank or that the entries made by you in your on-line applic ation for examination have been ac c epted by
the Bank as true and c orrec t. You may pleas e note that the Bank will take up the verific ation of eligibility c onditions i.e. age, educ ational
qualific ations , experienc e and s tatus (i.e. S c heduled Cas tes /S c heduled T ribes /Other Bac kward Clas s / Ec onomic ally Weaker S ec tion
/Phys ic ally Challenged/ Ex-s ervic emen etc .) with referenc e to original doc uments only at pre joining doc ument verific ation s tage of
c andidates who are qualified in the examination on the bas is of the marks obtained by them. You may therefore, pleas e note that if at any s tage,
it is found that you do not s atis fy the eligibility c riteria as given in the Bank’s advertis ement, or the information furnis hed by you in the
applic ation is inc orrec t, your c andidature is liable to be c anc elled forthwith, with s uc h further ac tion as the Bank would like to take.
2 T here will be negative marks for wrong ans wers in the objec tive tes ts . 1/4th of mark as s igned for ques tion will be deduc ted for eac h wrong
ans wer. If a ques tion is left blank, i.e. no ans wer is given by the c andidate, there will be no negative marks for that ques tion.
3 You mus t bring the c all letter along with (c urrently valid) photo identity proof (s uc h as PAN Card/Pas s port/ Permanent Driving Lic ens e/Voter’s
Card with photograph/Bank pas s book with photograph/Photo Identity proof with photograph is s ued by a Gaz etted Offic er or a People’s
Repres entative along with a photograph (on offic ial letterhead)/Identity Card is s ued by a rec ognis ed College or Univers ity/Aadhar/E-Aadhar
Card with a photograph / Employee ID) in original as well as a photoc opy. Pleas e note that your name as appearing on the c all letter (provided
by you during the proc es s of regis tration) s hould exac tly matc h the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any mis matc h
between the name indic ated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. In c as e of c andidates who
have c hanged their name will be allowed only if they produc e original Gaz ette notific ation/their original marriage c ertific ate/affidavit in
original.
4. Call letter and ID proof management:

Call letter of Preliminary Exam will not be c ollec ted at the examination venue. However, it will be duly authentic ated/ S tamped by the exam
offic ials . Candidate needs to retain the c all letter (along with authentic ated/s tamped c opy of the ID proof) s afely. Candidates who will be c alled
for Main Exam will be required to bring this c all letter along-with Main Exam c all letter and other requis ite doc uments as per information
provided in the “ac quaint yours elf booklet” and c all letter of main examination. You mus t bring 2 additional photographs (s ame as pas ted in c all
letter) with you to the examination c entre. Candidates reporting without 2 additional photographs will not be allowed to appear for the
examination. Candidates mus t bring glue for pas ting photos on attendanc e s heets .
5. T he c andidates mus t reac h the venue of examination by the reporting time printed on the c all letter. Late c omers will not be allowed to take the
tes t. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the time for the tes t is over and the tes t adminis trator has given
permis s ion to leave. T he tes t will begin after c ompletion of the formalities like c hec king of attendanc e, obtaining s ignature on the c all letter
and photo c apture etc . T he Bank will not be res pons ible for any delay or dis ruption in trans port.
6. You s hould als o bring s tationery s uch as pencils , glue, eras er, blue ink s tamp pad and ball point pen with you to the examination hall.
7. Photograph will be captured at the examination venue. The photo captured will be matched with the photo uploaded by the candidate in the application. You
mus t NOT change your appearance from the photo uploaded by you.
8. Pleas e note that if you adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any mis conduct while appearing for the examination, your candidature is liable to
be s ummarily cancelled; moreover you may be liable to penal action. The Bank would be analyz ing the res pons es of a candidate with other appeared
candidates to detect patterns of s imilarity. On the bas is of s uch an analys is , if it is found that the res pons es have been s hared and s cores obtained are not
genuine/valid, the Bank res erves the right to cancel his /her candidature.
9. Following items are not allowed ins ide the examination centre:-

Any s tationary item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers , Geometry/Pencil Box, Plas tic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives ,
Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Any communication device like Bluetooth, Earphones , Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles ,
Handbags , Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wris t Watch, Camera, Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only
trans parent water bottle is allowed), Any other item which could be us ed for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth
devices etc.

After AarogyaSetu s tatus dis play at the entry gate, candidates will be required to s witch off their mobile phones , and depos it it at the des ignated location, to
be collected while exiting.

You are advis ed to avoid wearing ornaments like Ring, Earrings , Nos e-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants , Badge, brooch etc.
10. The candidates are advis ed to follow the following dres s code:
light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices.
half sleeves but not having big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication
device, blue tooth, camera, etc.
slippers, sandals and not shoes.
However, candidates coming in customary/ religious dresses should report at the centre at least 20 minute prior to
reporting time for proper checking.
11. If you are found res orting to any unfair means inc luding giving/rec eiving help to/from any c andidate during the tes t you will be dis qualified.
(You s hould be vigilant to ens ure that no other c andidate is able to c opy from your ans wers ).
12. You s hould s trictly comply with the directions given to you by the tes t adminis trator/invigilator. If any candidate is found dis regarding thes e directions
he/s he will be liable to be debarred from the tes t.

13. Anyone found to be dis clos ing, publis hing, reproducing, trans mitting, s toring or facilitating trans mis s ion and s torage of tes t contents in any form or any
information therein in whole or par t thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers s upplied in the
examination hall or found to be in unauthoriz ed pos s es s ion of tes t content is likely to be pros ecuted.
14. An Ac quaint Yours elf booklet giving information about the type of tes t you will be taking is available on the Bank’s webs ite. Pleas e download the
booklet and s tudy it c arefully.
15. You will have to affix your s ignature in the s pace provided in the call letter, in the pres ence of the Invigilator.
16. Pleas e note that a c andidate is allowed to appear only onc e for the examination. Multiple appearanc es will res ult in c anc ellation of
c andidature. In c as e more than one c all letter has been generated, you are advis ed to appear for only agains t the las t s uc c es s ful regis tration
on the date and at the time mentioned on the res pec tive c all letter. All other c all letters are to be s urrendered.
17. Guidelines and Declaration Form for PwBD candidates us ing the s ervices of a Scribe can be downloaded from Bank’s webs ite.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MODE CONDUCT OF EXAM RELATED INSTRUCTIONS
1 Candidate is required to report at the exam venue as per the time mentioned in the Call Letter. Late comers will not be allowed to
take the test.
2 Mapping of ‘Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number’ will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be
intimated to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue.
3 Items permitted into the venue for Candidates

Candidat es will be permit t ed t o carry only cert ain it ems wit h t hem int o t he venue.
a. Mask ( WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY)
b. Gloves
c. Personal t ransparent wat er bot t le (Candidat es should bring t heir own wat er bot t le)
d. Personal hand sanit izer (50 ml)
e. A simple pen, pencils, erasers, glue and blue ink st amp pad
f . Exam relat ed document s (Call Let t er and Phot ocopy of t he ID card st apled wit h it , ID Card in Original, 2 addit ional
phot ographs). Original ID (same as Phot ocopy) is also t o be brought f or verificat ion. T he name on t he ID and on
t he Call Let t er should be exact ly t he same.
g. In case of Scribe Candidat es - Scribe f orm duly filled and signed wit h Phot ograph affixed.

4 Candidate should not share any of their personal belonging/material with anyone
5 Candidate should maintain safe social distance with one another.
6 Candidate should stand in the row as per the instructions provided at venue.
7 If candidate is availing services of a scribe, then scribe also should bring their own Gloves, N95 Mask, sanitizer (50ml) and
transparent water bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Both candidate and Scribe will require to be wearing N95 Mask.
8 A Candidate must have AarogyaSetu App installed on his mobile phone. The AarogyaSetu status must show candidate’s risk
factor. A candidate will have to display this status to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. In case a candidate
does not have a smart phone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is provided along with
this Call Letter) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. Candidates with Moderate or High
Risk Status on AarogyaSetu App will not be allowed entry. In case any of the responses in declaration suggest COVID 19
infection/symptoms, the candidate will not be permitted inside the exam venue. (If candidate is availing services of a Scribe,
then Scribe should also follow the same instructions.)
9 After AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at
the designated location, to be collected while exiting
10 All candidates (and Scribe, if applicable) will be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point for temperature. In case, any
person is observed to be having above normal temperature (> 99.14° F) or displaying any symptoms of the virus, they will not be
allowed entry into the venue.
11 In candidate registration:

12 Rough sheet, call letter and ID proof management

aut hent icat ed/St amped by t he exam o fficials. Candidat e needs t o ret ain t he call let t er (alo ng wit h
aut hent icat ed/st amped co py o f t he ID pro o f ) saf ely. Candidat es who will be called f o r Main Exam will be
required t o bring t his call let t er alo ng-wit h Main Exam call let t er and o t her requisit e do cument s as per
inf o rmat io n provided in t he “acquaint yo urself bo o klet ” and call let t er o f main examinat io n.

Yo u must bring 2 addit io nal pho t o graphs (same as past ed in call let t er) wit h yo u t o t he examinat io n cent re.
Candidat es repo rt ing wit ho ut 2 addit io nal pho t o graphs will no t be allo wed t o appear f o r t he examinat io n.

13 Post Examination Controls
On completion of examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a
time. Please wait for instructions from invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised.
