Payment process of Payment Gateway (No - Convenience Charge


HDFC CCAvenue)
Dear Parents/Students,

We're delighted to announce that Payment Gateway HDFC CCAvenue has partnered with KIIT Deemed to be
University to facilitate online fee payment at 0 % Processing Fee.

Having of HDFC Bank account is not mandatory for making payment through the following link "Payment
Gateway (No Convenience Charge HDFC CCAvenue).

➢ Steps for online payment through SAP Portal: -

1). Login to SAP Account (Link: - https://kiitportal.kiituniversity.net/irj/portal).


2). Click on Student Self Service tab.
3). Click on Fees Details.
4). Click on Outstanding Details.
5). Click on First option Payment Gateway (No Convenience Charge HDFC CCAvenue).

I). Read the Message and then click on Proceed. Then you will be redirected to the HDFC Payment web page.

II). On redirection to gateway, check your payable amount (Can be modified as you want), then click on
Pay Now (Submit).

III). Select the mode of payment from Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

IV). You have 30 seconds to take print or screenshot of your receipt, after that you will be redirected to SAP
portal login page...

Important Note: -
* As per the University Guidelines, All previous outstanding fees should be cleared first before paying
Examination fees.

* Please check the daily transaction limit of your card before paying Ex- Rs 25,000 / per day, Rs 50,000 /
per day, Rs 75,000 / per day, etc. If your limit is less please pay in installments. to avoid the chance of
failure transactions. You can edit your desired amount on the payment page.

* As per RBI's directive, w.e.f October 01, 2020, any Indian debit/credit card not yet used for online e-
commerce will be blocked for all online transactions. In case of such failure, please contact your card issuing
bank to enable online usage.

* Please don't try to go back and pay again, Always start fresh new Payments from the KIIT SAP Website to
avoid broken Transactions.
