Audio/visual problems:
As we will only be filming inside at this location we won't have to worry about the sound if
wind or cars. We will let Charlotte know which areas we want to film in so hopefully we
won’t encounter and interruptions, if we do we can wait for the interruption to pass or work
around it.
Weather conditions:
At this location we will only be filming inside and will be driving there so the weather
shouldn’t effect our filming.
Continuity:
We will only be filming at this location for one day so there shouldn’t be any continuity
issues. We will make sure any props we use will keep continuity like coffee cups etc.
Electricity/Lighting issues:
We will use the natural lighting coming in from the big windows, and in the conference
room we will use the light that’s in there.
Set dressing:
We will bring some coffee cups and a memory stick as props for our scene. We will also
bring our laptops to use for the scene, but we don’t really need any set dressing as the
space looks exactly as we want it.
Welfare:
We will arrange transport for our actors and bring snacks for them. There are toilets
available there.
Transport:
There's visitor parking on site.
Covid 19 restrictions:
We will provide hand sanitiser for everyone on set.
