Daily Instrument Check Sheet

This document is a daily check sheet used to record checks of measuring instruments in the Quality Assurance department. It lists 15 plug gauges by identification number and size range that are checked on a daily basis against "GO" and "NO GO" sizes. Staff mark the sheet with symbols to indicate if each instrument check found the item okay or not okay, and if any corrections were needed.
