ACTIVITY BASED LEARNING AND NOT ROTE LEARNING : now These subjects are taught
in an activity based learning and not on rote learning. The problem is that schools and tuitions
are still training children to solve exam questions and not real-world application and problem-
solving.

Whenever their classes are over, they are given an activity and the activity we give, this is
where their critical thinking comes in place and for an example if i taught him to fold a paper in 9
different parts, this is my learning which i give. Tomorrow when they are coming back to
class they will create something and come. Be it Boat, plane anything. Whatever he creates
that would be his own creation. Next day he would come and present his creation to the rest of
the class, that is where his confidence is building, the way he is interacting with people because
his presentation skills are helping. These things are very important in today’s time because he
needs to understand how to talk to people. The student might easily get 90 to 95% in exams but
that same kid will find it very difficult to stand in front of people.

Every two months we have a workshop lined up, so whatever he has learned in the last two
months we help him recreate that by giving blueprints or different things.
